Glenn Barhyte in the spotlight. Glenn joined the force fourteen years ago and has shown an exem- plary work ethic. He was born in Gotham, but his father was an engineering professor, so from the time he was five until he was fourteen, he and his parents lived in Utrecht. His family returned to Gotham and he has spent the rest of his life here, leaving only to attend Northeastern where he received a degree in criminal justice. Glenn has a wife, Cecilia,and a Golden Retriever named Burt.
